Corina Olaru is the founder of Room12 House, a private hospitality concept built around curated environments and intentional interaction.

Her work focuses on how space can influence behavior, bringing together design, structure, and access to create settings where people connect more naturally and conversations have more depth. Room12 reflects this approach, combining elements of residential living, hospitality, and private networks into a format designed for relevance and quality over volume.

With a background in Fine Arts and over 15 years of experience in photography across fashion, lifestyle, and advertising, Corina developed a strong understanding of visual language, composition, and human presence. This perspective now informs her work in interior design, where the focus extends beyond aesthetics into how spaces are experienced and used.

Room12 is the first implementation of a broader vision to build a network of curated environments that support meaningful relationships and a more intentional way of living and working.
